Richard Lawrence has been promoted to the position of Divisional Operations Manager within the company's Environmental division. Richard joined QuestGates in 2006 bringing over 15 years’ experience gained with two major insurers.

Andrew Davis has been promoted to the position of Senior Claims Handler within the Birmingham-based Corporate Claims Solutions team. Andrew has nearly 15 years’ liability claims experience and transferred to QuestGates in 2010 as part of the acquisition of the Teceris Claims Management division from Capita.

Hayley Wright is a new recruit to the Corporate Claims Solutions claims handling team, joining from Gallagher Bassett. The company's IT department has been strengthened by the appointments of Chris Graham as Senior Developer and Team Leader, who joins the business from Kerry Foods, and Paul Stevens from HSBC as a Developer. Both will work on the ongoing investment that QuestGates is committed to making in the next generation of IT systems.

Finally, Jon Helm joins the Motor division from Endsleigh where he has worked for over 20 years most recently as a Customer Service Manager. He will take up a new role as a Technical Case Handler.
