Peter Keillor
Peter joined QuestGates in June 2008 having worked for a large International Insurer for 17 years prior to that, dealing with large Corporate Clients on EL, PL, and Products claims. Initially concentrating his work with our Liability Adjusters Peter now also works closely with the Corporate Claims Solution teams on Quality Control matters on Liability and disease claims, such as technical referrals, Auditing and Training as well as handling a portfolio of claims that have high value or complex issues.

Sue Messenger
Sue manages the Corporate Claims Solutions team in Birmingham.Sue has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry, having commenced employment at CIS handling Motor and Household claims, carrying out external investigations and site visits. She joined a dedicated claims unit specialising in Liability, Motor and Property claims in 1999 with a large portfolio of corporate clients. Sue was promoted to manager with involvement in accounting, reporting and client management in 2003, where she gained experience in dealing with claims managed funds.
She joined QuestGates following the acquisition of Teceris in 2010.
Clive Roberts
Clive manages the Corporate Claims Solutions division. Having worked for Guardian/Axa for over 30 years he has a proven track record of developing and delivering bespoke claims services.He has worked in a variety of roles having experience in all types of Claims Investigation and handling, specifically for large UK and multi-national companies. Here Clive specialised in pre and post risk management. Clive also has extensive experience in Operational Management (where he has managed both Liability and Motor claims departments), Account Management and Project Management.
Clive joined QuestGates in 2010.
Andrew Sharples
Andrew manages the Corporate Claims Solutions team in Bolton.Andrew has had over 20 years involvement in the insurance industry. He has extensive experience of dealing with Employers Liability, Public Liability and Motor Claims, particularly in the hotel and public house sector.
Andrew also has great experience in helping clients design their claims service and ensuring delivery of service and MI.
He joined QuestGates in 2006.
Matt Wade
Matt joined QuestGates in 2010 and has over 20 years customer service experience working within the Insurance Industry. He began his career with NWIS, Commercial Union, Independent Insurance then Capita. Over the past 5 years he has held several senior management positions within the liability claims and adjusting sector with a focus on corporate clients. Matt specialises in account management and business development and has a strong client relationship background and with responsibility for key accounts within QuestGates.

Anoop Baines
Anoop commenced her employment in commercial underwriting at RSA, before moving into a claims role at Capita over 7 years ago. Whilst at Capita she gained experience dealing with fast turnover Personal Accident schemes. Anoop then moved into handling Motor and Public Liability claims for several corporate clients, some of which require her to handle Liability claims outside the UK, of which she has great experience. She joined QuestGates following the acquisition of Teceris in 2010.
Tim Cochrane
Tim has worked in the Insurance Industry since 1999 and moved into claims in 2001.He Joined QuestGates in October 2007 from Allianz and has experience in dealing with Public, Employers & Product Liability Claims for a number of large National Retailers, Local Authorities and Hotels.
He has previously worked for AXA, CIS and Capita.
Andrew Davis
Andrew has over 10 years claims handling and investigation experience of liability claims including RTA, Employers and Public Liability and disease. Andrew has a proven track record with handling claims for large national retailers and global hoteliers, being heavily involved in client relationship meetings. Previously working at Gallagher Bassett and Crawfords as an investigator, Andrew joined QuestGates as part of the Teceris acquisition in early 2010.
Andrew is working towards ACII.
Chris Harding
LLB (Hons)
Chris graduated from Keele University and has worked in both the insurance and legal sectors for nearly 10 years. He qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and has recently obtained his practising certificate. Chris has experience in dealing with RTA, Employers and Public Liability claims especially for the leisure sector.Chris joined QuestGates in April 2011.
Marion Palfreyman
Marion has over 35 years experience within the Insurance industry gained predominantly with Norwich Union as both a claims handler and claims inspector. Marion has detailed experience in dealing with claims in the holiday sector as well as the retail food sector. Marion joined QuestGates in May 2007.
Carole Tuckley
Carole has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry gained in a variety of roles within the Insurance industry and a national firm of defendant Solicitors.Having initially been a claims handler for a Civil Engineering firm, Carole has an appreciation of the individual requirments of both Clients and Insurers and the need for pro-active claims mangement. She has considerable experience of dealing with Employers Liability, Public Liability and Motor Claims. She joined QuestGates in 2005.
Hayley Wright
Hayley has over 3 years experience handling EL & PL claims for commercial and corporate clients, mainly in the retail sector. She joined QuestGates in September 2011 having previously worked with Gallagher Bassett.
She is currently working towards CII.
