Simon Jones
LLB(Hons) ACILA
Simon joined QuestGates in 2008 with responsibility for the development of the company's Lloyd's and London market business. With nearly 15 years experience, he was operations director for Carmichaels, where he was responsible for several commercial and HNW accounts. Prior to that he worked for McLarens/Teceris, where his adjusting experience included exposure to complex and major losses, coupled with operational and account management.

Michael Dawes
Michael graduated from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and joined AXA as a claims handler in 2002 dealing with Commercial Claims. He joined the Co-Operative in 2006 following which he worked for Primary General Insurance dealing with Commercial Property Claims. Michael is part of the Property Technical Team ensuring adjusters' compliance with reaching KPI's and assisting in assuring quality control. Michael Joined QuestGates in August 2010.

Clare English
With an insurance company background, Clare has over 10 years loss adjusting experience specialising in the HNW and property owners areas. Clare is a senior property case manager within our national service centre, responsible for client liaison and technical reporting.

Phil Harrison
BA(JT.Hons), ACII
Phil began his career with Legal & General before gaining 12 years wide-ranging experience as commercial and personal lines loss adjuster with Miller Fisher. He joined QuestGates in 2003 from McLarens/Capita, where he was Zurich Commercial Team manager.

Tony Ryan
With over 20 years experience of the insurance industry, including brokers, insurers and loss adjusters, Tony joined QuestGates in 2003 from McLarens Toplis/Capita, where he had been account manager. Initially responsible for managing and developing new accounts, as Quality Assurance Manager he now oversees the technical accuracy of reporting procedures, while also continuing to manage some insurer clients.
