Rupert Frost
LLB(Hons), ACII, FCILA

Rupert began his adjusting career in 1979, rising to Technical Manager at McLarens' Liability Division in Manchester. In addition to undertaking complex investigations, he managed a large claims handling team and was responsible for client liaison at a senior level. At QuestGates, Rupert is an Associate Director and has considerable experience in the investigating and handling of equestrian liability claims.

Martyn Gabbitass
ACII, ACILA

With over 25 years experience in investigating liability claims with a particular emphasis on product liability, professional indemnity and serious injury, Martyn also has considerable expertise in the handling of equestrian liability claims. He is a Divisional Director and runs QuestGates' Complex Liability Division. He is currently chairman of the Liability special interest group of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.

Martin Kelly

Formerly a Commercial Union Claims Manager before entering loss adjusting with Crawfords, Martin is a senior liability loss adjuster with over 30 years experience in the industry. Throughout his career he has specialised in the handling of liability and equestrian liability claims with a particular emphasis on how the law operates in Scotland.

Mark Purvis

Formerly a Senior Adjuster at both ITT MacAllisters and GAB Robins, Mark has nearly 20 years experience as a liability adjuster. He is an Associate Director and now manages the Harrogate and Newcastle offices. Mark also investigates and handles equestrian liability claims and has built up considerable expertise and experience in this field.

David has over 30 years experience in the industry and is highly experienced in all classes of liability including industrial disease, financial and product guarantee, personal accident, professional indemnity and environmental pollution claims. David also investigates and handles equestrian liability claims and specialises on how the law impacts these claims in Northern Ireland.

David Miles
ACII, FCILA, FUEDI, ELAE

A consultant to QuestGates, David has over 30 years experience in complex liability claims and specialises in equine and sports injury claims. He regularly rides and competes on his own horse, giving him a unique insight into equestrian liability issues as well as running several Schemes on the Equestrian Account including the British Horse Society, British Eventing, Master of Foxhounds Scheme, Riding School and Livery Yard Scheme. He has a detailed understanding of the Animals Act and its implications for equestrian cases.
