With nearly 20 years experience of loss adjusting, Kevin is a Chartered Builder, Building Engineer, Planning Supervisor, Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Loss Adjuster. Specialising in subsidence and building repair claims, Kevin's experience also includes major loss, building liability claims, contractors all risk claims and international catastrophe secondment. He has extensive experience in product development, client liaison and management within the largest loss adjusting companies. Forming part of QuestGates' senior management, Kevin is responsible for the subsidence product as well as the development of project managed perils including major loss.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 15 years post qualification experience, Clive initially worked as a contractor QS on large civil engineering projects. Following experience as a professional QS for private firms and as Contracts Manager for a system building organisation, Clive entered loss adjusting in 1990 and has gained extensive subsidence, contractors all risks and commercial loss experience, utilising a range of procurement and construction methodology. Clive also has extensive major loss experience, being involved in many large and complex losses, covering industrial, leisure, residential and listed buildings.

Steve has extensive experience as a consulting engineer, both in private practice and with loss adjusting, dealing with all types of engineering related claims, including subsidence. In 1991 he set up a traditional civil and structural engineering design practice and has been heavily involved with insurance claims ever since. In 2002 he formed PMC UK Property Solutions Ltd with Dave Porthouse to deal specifically with buildings related insurance claims. He is a director of QuestGates PMC.

A chartered quantity surveyor, Dave later joined a national loss adjusting company dealing with all types of building related insurance claims, qualifying as a loss adjuster too. He was a founder partner in Garsides Loss Adjusters, which was subsequently purchased by McLarens Toplis, and formed PMC UK Property Solutions Ltd with Steve Hunt. He is a director of QuestGates PMC.

Based in Scotland, Hugh is a Chartered Loss Adjuster with very wide practical experience of commercial property and business interruption losses, including extensive involvement as a major loss team leader. With a surveying degree, Hugh has over 20 years experience of handling all aspects of building claims in Scotland, including detailed knowledge of Scottish legal issues pertinent to buildings.

A qualified surveyor/adjuster, Rob gained 13 years surveying experience before embarking on a career in insurance loss adjusting. He has since gained a great deal of experience in many areas of insurance, including subsidence, large commercial property losses, public liability and general construction claims. He has also managed a dedicated project management claims unit servicing several major insurers.

Alan is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has worked both in the UK and abroad, spending six years in the Middle East. In his early career he worked on several major civil engineering and building projects. Moving into loss adjusting in 1991, Alan progressed to Regional Project Manager level with a major loss adjusting company, dealing mainly with subsidence claims. In 1999 he joined a major insurer as one of five regional engineers, recruiting and establishing an in-house engineering and surveying team; he also dealt with a variety of major projects which helped to develop the insurer's subsidence business. Alan joined QuestGates PMC as an Associate Director in May 2007.

Mark graduated in Civil Engineering in 1983, working on mainstream engineering projects in South Africa and the UK for five years, and has been involved with insurance work since 1990. He is both a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Loss Adjuster and as a director of two major international loss adjusters, he helped considerably to develop their subsidence business. A member of the CILA Subsidence Special Interest Group. he is active in improving many aspects of the insurance subsidence product in the general marketplace. Mark joined the senior management team of QuestGates PMC in February 2008.

Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990, Martin joined the loss adjusting profession and qualified as an adjuster in 1997. He has experience in a wide range of loss types and values, and in 1997 opened and managed a new project managed subsidence office. In 2002 he became a Unit Partner, developing project managed perils and a contractor network, then developed surveying services for a national loss adjustor operation before joining QuestGates PMC as an Associate Director in April 2008.
