He has over 22 years insurance claims experience, the last 20 having been spent in the loss adjusting sector. Alistair led the development of the QuestGates Business Interruption Survey service and is directly responsible for its continued growth and development.

Paul is a consultant to QuestGates and has over 15 years professional experience, centred around business interruption insurance and gained working with chartered loss adjusters, forensic accountants and a major global insurer. He has dealt with a wide range of business interruption claims across many sectors and worked in risk management, helping organisations identify business risks, develop business continuity plans and implement effective insurance coverage. |

 Brian Polley MA(Oxon), FCII, FCILA |

Brian has over 28 years adjusting experience, encompassing senior roles in two major adjusting practices. He joined Thomas Howell Group (now Crawfords) in 1982, specialising from the outset in commercial property and business interruption losses, becoming Midlands Business unit Director and subsequently UK Technical Director in 1993. In 1996 he joined McLarens Toplis to develop and raise the profile of the company's major loss capabilities across the Midlands, South West and South Wales regions, heading up a multi-disciplinary technical team. He was appointed Director with responsibility for national major loss development in 1998. |

A consultant to QuestGates, David has over twenty years experience advising the small and medium sized enterprise (SME) marketplace, and for many years has been actively involved with a number of companies, including several start ups. He has had significant exposure to growth companies and this experience has given him an in-depth understanding of business risks and the difficulties facing such entities, particularly in the early and middle stages of their life cycle. |

Paul's loss adjuster career spans 25 years. Previously Complex & Major Loss Director at both Mclarens Toplis and Capita/Teceris, he has wide experience of all aspects of property and business interruption claims and has handled many high profile losses, ranging from SME/Leisure to one of the largest ever fire claims in the UK. |

A main board Director, Ross commenced his career with an insurer before entering loss adjusting 20 years ago. He has strong technical knowledge in both Property and Business Interruption. Ross is responsible for delivering technical best practise within QuestGates including identifying and delivering technical training. |

Simon joined QuestGates in 2008 with nearly 20 years loss adjusting experience. He was previously Operations Director for Carmichaels, where he was responsible for several commercial accounts. Simon's adjusting experience includes considerable exposure to complex and major losses, many of which included sizeable business interruption claims. |

Adrian is a highly experienced loss adjuster with particular expertise in handling commercial property and business interruption losses. During his career, Adrian spent many years at McLarens Toplis, where he was responsible for managing one of the company's largest UK offices. |
