Covid-19 Response

In light of the latest government instructions, our staff have now all moved to an agile working environment, supported by the latest technology.

These changes enable us to protect the safety of our workforce and customers alike, whilst still allowing us to service claims in a pro-active manner.  To help maintain a seamless workflow we request that communication with us is by email rather than phone, wherever possible.

In terms of external visits, inevitably these are being scaled back and will only be undertaken when absolutely necessary, with video technology and telephony utilised where possible.  However, all of our divisions are able to attend urgent site visits where health and safety requirements permit.
