INSURANCE AGE: QuestGates creates new quality assurance role

Leading specialist loss adjuster, QuestGates, today announces the appointment of Jonathan Gray to the newly created role of Supplier Quality Assurance Manager.

A qualified surveyor, Jonathan has a wealth of experience in insurance claims and supplier management from his previous positions at The Innovation Group and Crawford & Company.

In this new role, Jonathan’s main responsibility will be to engage with QuestGates’s range of suppliers and independent contractors to indentify innovative ways to further improve the quality and consistency of performance as well as focusing on indemnity control.
