New Home for QuestGates in Glasgow

15 July 2020: QuestGates, the UK and Ireland’s leading independent specialist loss adjuster and claims handler, today announced that it has moved into new premises in Glasgow. The move had been planned earlier in the year following a number of new commercial TPA wins but was delayed due to the Covid-19 crisis.

In addition to increased space, the new premises at Tay House can better accommodate flexible working practices and social distancing for QuestGates’ property, liability, agricultural and environmental adjusting teams as well as an increasing volume of claims handling particularly for commercial property owners.  Whilst the field force will remain home and geographically based, the TPA and administration personnel will be allowed to work flexibly from home or office which QuestGates’ operating and telephony platform allows to be undertaken seamlessly.

Chris McRae, Scottish regional manager, comments: “This change and our continued investment in our Scottish team ensure we can continue to focus on delivering a high level of customer service for insurers and local brokers.

Whilst our team in Scotland has now grown to 16 and has been working from home since the government lockdown was announced, we now feel that the time is right to open our new offices. This provides increased space and will enable us to return to a safe working environment, harnessing the best of home and office based personnel reflecting the large geographic area that we cover and the need to comply with government guidelines.”

The full address for the new QuestGates office is: Tay House, 300 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4JR.
