QuestGates a Customer Care finalist at 2017 Claims Excellence Awards

Leading specialist loss adjuster, QuestGates, is proud to announce that it has been named a finalist at the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards.

The business has been short-listed in the Customer Care Initiative of the Year – Business Partner category where judges will be looking for companies that can demonstrate outstanding levels of customer care. They will also be looking for evidence of positive results from an overall business strategy that continually innovates and which has delivered a new initiative during the past year.

Despite receiving unprecedented levels of new claim instructions, we were determined to deliver the high standards of customer care that QuestGates is known for and by launching our “Putting Vulnerable Customers First” initiative we were able to focus our efforts on those who really needed it most. The awards ceremony announcing the winners of the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards takes place on 18th May at The Hilton London Bankside, London.
