QuestGates adds new client relationship manager to its team

1 March 2021: Leading specialist loss adjuster, QuestGates, has added a new client relationship manager to its team with the appointment of Kris Locker who joins the business from Crawford & Company.

Reporting to Lucy Simpson who has led the Property division’s client relationship team at QuestGates for the past two years, Kris will be responsible for managing key client and broker relationships mainly in the north west of England, where he is based.

“Having open and honest relationships with our clients has always been a fundamental part of how we do business. Looking after them is our number one priority and Kris has an outstanding reputation for doing just that,” says Colin Ganson, Property Director at QuestGates. “He has an excellent knowledge and understanding of our client base and sound claims handling experience, which will help us further develop both our audit programme and the intelligence that we can feed back to our clients. I’m delighted to welcome him on board.”
