QuestGates and Rossiter to join forces in Ireland

2 July 2019: Leading specialist loss adjuster, QuestGates, has agreed to acquire an equity interest in Dublin based Rossiter Claims Management Services, which will be rebranded as Rossiter QuestGates.

Historically focused on liability claims in the Republic of Ireland, the new Rossiter QuestGates business will work with the existing QuestGates Ireland team to develop property, environmental, liability and third party motor adjusting services throughout Ireland.

Whilst QuestGates has an option to increase its shareholding, Paul Rossiter will continue as managing director of Rossiter QuestGates and will work closely with QuestGates Divisional Director for Ireland, Glen Donaldson.

Paul Rossiter says: “I am delighted to have joined forces with a business that shares the same values of professionalism, service and technical expertise for which the team at Rossiter has become renowned. We look forward to developing our partnership with QuestGates and offering the full complement of adjusting services to underwriters in the Irish market.”

This latest deal further strengthens the QuestGates operation across the region having acquired the business of Neill, Simms & Company back in 2017 to bolster its operations in the North.

Glen Donaldson says: “Our Ireland team has grown significantly over the last two years and I am delighted to join forces with the highly respected liability team at Rossiters.

With our offices in Dublin and Belfast, together with our field team based around the island, we are able to augment our existing service to offer our local and international clients the full suite of adjusting services throughout Ireland.”

The merged teams will utilise QuestGates IT systems and will retain Rossiter’s Dublin office at 3a Avonbeg, Longmile Road, Dublin 12.
