QuestGates celebrates its Employees of the Year
Leading specialist loss adjuster QuestGates today announces that Jo Birchall and Dawn Dalby have been named joint Employee of the Year.
The QuestGates Employee of the Year programme was borne out of the initiatives launched to further improve staff engagement and communication following the firm’s work with Investor in Customers (IIC) which commenced five years ago. Employees are nominated by their colleagues and winners are named each month with an overall winner for the year decided upon by the senior team.
Operations Manager (Motor), Jo was praised for her exemplary attitude, combining a prestigious work ethic with a positive ‘can do’ mindset which is an inspiration to all around her.
Liability Adjuster, Dawn was described as a good old fashioned ‘doer’, capable of looking after herself and producing high quality work in terms of both her productivity and technical content receiving more compliments than most, with each and every one being well deserved.
QuestGates director, Greg Laker, says: “Jo should be commended for fulfilling and exceeding all aspects of her role with a commitment to exceptional service and understanding the importance of keeping clients and their customers happy. I think the head of our motor division summed it up nicely when he said that if Carlsberg did insurance ads, then they need look no further than Jo!” He continues: “Dawn is a well liked and highly valued member of our liability team – the epitome of the phrase ‘team player’. She’s always happy to get involved in special projects and has a genuine passion for helping to improve the way that we work. Both she and Jo are a credit to our organisation and I can’t think of more deserving winners of this accolade!”
Jo and Dawn’s achievements will be celebrated next week when they will be presented with their prizes at the QuestGates operation in Bolton and the new head office in Birmingham respectively.
