QuestGates enhances cyber adjusting services

29 July 2020: Leading specialist loss adjuster, QuestGates, has enhanced its cyber adjusting services with the addition of a number of new specialist partners while leveraging its role as UK and Ireland partner to the vrs Adjusters organisation to offer a truly global incident response services.

Glen Donaldson, Divisional Director – Specialist Services at QuestGates, says: “We have been operating a cyber claims and incident response service for a number of years now, utilising our existing in-house adjusting and forensic accountancy expertise to provide a tailored service depending on the client’s needs such as 24/7 incident response, on-site investigation of causation, expert policy coverage advice, coordination of quantum and determining potential avenues of subrogation and risk management.

The QuestGates panel of specialist partners now includes Grant Thornton and Envista Forensics, providing the scale and expertise to be able to offer an immediate incident response and remediation service to a customer who has fallen victim to a cyber attack, whether a private individual, SME or global corporate entity.

Where the client or customer requires expert legal advice, QuestGates are also working with law firms, Beale & Co and Kennedys, both well established in the cyber market and providing worldwide coverage through their network of offices and companies.
