QuestGates makes new board appointment

Leading specialist loss adjuster, QuestGates, has appointed Colin Ganson to its board. Colin joined QuestGates in 2015 having held senior positions at Cunningham Lindsey during his 20-plus year career in loss adjusting which has covered all sectors from technical loss handling to senior management and client relationships.

Since joining QuestGates Colin has overseen the restructuring and reorganisation of the firm’s property division. This has included a complete revamp of its major loss proposition, the launch of a new private clients division, the development of a strong in-house surveying team and the rapid expansion of its operations in Scotland and Ireland.

Commenting on this new appointment to the board, QuestGates Managing Director, Chris Hall, says: “The strength of our management team is integral to the success of our business. We have enjoyed consistent growth since our incorporation in 2003 but to continue this pattern and ensure that we are correctly placed to take advantage of future opportunities, it is vitally important that we have proper succession planning in place. This includes appointing the right people to lead our business. The work that Colin has undertaken over the past two years has had a hugely positive impact on our business and his new responsibilities will include driving staff engagement and innovation across the entire business. He is highly respected within the industry and I cannot think of a better person to strengthen our board.”
