We’re delighted to announce that our Property Concierge team, based in our Birmingham Head Office has won the prestigious “Claims Initiative of the Year” category at the West Midlands Insurance Institutes Awards ceremony, held last Friday at the international Conference Centre, Birmingham.
The team was formed during the winter weather surge of 2015/16 under very challenging conditions and has, Since then, consistently demonstrated an unswerving commitment to the highest levels of customer service by reducing claim lifecycles, making the claims process more straightforward and, importantly, helping vulnerable customers in their hour of need.
Alistair Steward, Director says – “I’m delighted and proud that the performance of this team has been recognised by the judges in the midst of stiff competition. All companies like to say staff are their greatest asset, but for us this needs to go beyond technical expertise alone – we want our staff to show a real passion for helping the customer and our Birmingham Concierge team displays this every day.
