Senior Promotions at QuestGates

14 December 2021: Following a period of sustained organic growth and a number of strategic acquisitions, QuestGates has reviewed its structure which consists of three major divisions – namely first party, third party and specialist risks which report to Colin Ganson, Stuart Lansdown and Glen Donaldson respectively. As a result we are delighted to announce a number of promotions within our senior team to ensure that our focus remains on innovation and service delivery.

Dave Clare is being promoted to Divisional Director – Head of Surveying Services.

Kevin Leake is being promoted to Divisional Director – Head of Property Adjusting.

Lucy (Simpson) Collett is being promoted to Associate Director – Head of Customer Experience.

Nicola Sutton is being promoted to Divisional Director – Head of Private Clients.

Alex Whitaker is being promoted to Divisional Director – Contingency and Entertainment.

Our Managing Director, Chris Hall, says: “We are really pleased to recognise the outstanding performance and capabilities that Kevin, Lucy, Nikki and Alex demonstrate day in, day out.  It is important that as we continue to grow, we constantly review our management structure and create opportunities for those at the top of their game to take the next step in their careers.

“This ensures that we’re not only building a sustainable team to take QuestGates forward over the coming years, but also that we continue to nurture and retain the best talent in the business and develop the next generation of loss adjusters.

We’ve also made some changes to the titles of several members of our senior management to more accurately reflect their roles.

Glen Donaldson is now Director – Specialist Services.

Stuart Lansdown is now Director – Third Party Services.

Mike Ledgerton is now Divisional Director – Head of Major Loss.
