In response to increasing demand for its liability services, leading specialist loss adjuster QuestGates has added three new recruits to its team.

QuestGates has appointed two new loss adjusters – Malcolm Davis and Suzanne Parker – to bolster resources in the north and south of England. In addition, the business has recruited experienced liability claims handler, Joanna Araff, to strengthen the central support function based at its Birmingham head office.

Covering losses throughout the south and south east of England, Malcolm Davis ACII has more than 30 years’ experience in the insurance profession including over a decade in loss adjusting.  He spent the first 20 years of his career with major insurers in liability claims inspector and managerial roles, developing technical skills across the full range of EL and PL risks encompassing claims for both personal injury and third party property damage.

Joining the QuestGates liability team to bolster resources in the north of England, Suzanne Parker NEBOSH is a liability adjuster with over 17 years’ industry experience gained with a major insurer and loss adjusting firm. Suzanne specialises in the investigation of a wide range of EL, PL and product liability claims including occupational disease.

Last but by no means least, Joanna Araff  LLB Hons Cert CII joins in an internal technical role providing support to the liability adjusting team and its customers, mirroring QuestGates’s award winning Concierge Service launched in 2016. Joanna has over seven years’ experience gained with national solicitors and a composite insurer.

Divisional director, Stuart Lansdown, comments: “We’ve experienced a steady increase in demand for our liability services over the last 12 months from both existing and new clients, which is a great testament to our commitment to delivering a high quality product and service for our insurer and corporate clients. It’s essential that we match the increase in demand with high calibre resource so it’s great to now welcome Malcolm, Suzanne and Joanna to the team. We’re always on the lookout for good people who can add value to our business and I anticipate further recruitment over the coming months.”
