We provide coverage across the UK and Ireland and have a team of directly employed investigators with the appropriate experience and excellent technical skills. We deal with all types of claims including HNW and Major Loss and have an unparalleled reputation with all our clients.


Our operational hub is based in Bolton where we have administrative support for our field staff. We have a designated contact point for client instructions and queries and also provide a portal which provides clients with the ability to send instructions to us electronically and then continue to monitor the progression of investigations.

Our offering includes a menu of services ensuring that we deliver the most appropriate level of investigation for each claim:


Direct instructions - we can take instructions directly from insurer claims teams and investigate fraud on your behalf.


Referrals from QuestGates or other loss adjusters - following initial contact with a customer or an adjuster's visit to site, our investigations team will get involved to investigate any aspect of potential fraud.


Intelligence reports - our designated intelligence division are responsible for the completion of our Intel Reports. Our reports include a financial background check, as well as a number of other searches, including but not limited to, the electoral roll, land registry, social media.


Conversational management - we take into account customer needs and flexibility within our service and approach to investigations and offer conversational management as an additional service.


Metadata Analysis – we are able to analyse data files and images to aid our investigation.
