Alan joined QuestGates in 2003, a main board Director with operational responsibility for the Environmental Claims Division.

He is a highly experienced adjuster and recognised as a niche market professional in the area of environmental claims and related issues on a global basis. He has covered practically every aspect of environmental claims to include chemical, hydrocarbon, microbial and radioactive contamination incidents, both first and third party.

Appointed Managing Director of QuestGates Limited in 2003, Chris has overall responsibility for all financial and strategic management, product development as well as managing our relationship with some of our largest clients. He has held senior management positions in both the Property and Liability adjusting sectors and has experience dating back to the 1970s gained with both insurers and major adjusting companies.

During his career Chris has been involved in practically all areas of loss adjusting, ranging from setting up the industry's first managed contractor network, establishing call centres and claims management operations, right through to servicing corporate accounts and handling large and complex losses.

With nearly 20 years experience in loss adjusting and account management, Greg has particular experience in developing bespoke solutions for clients and providing high quality service delivery.

Greg has Board responsibility for Service Delivery across the business, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices. Greg also has senior operational responsibility for the Motor and Building damage Validation Divisions.

Ross has a strong technical and client relationship background developed over 20 years in the loss adjusting market. He has Board responsibility for our Property and Subsidence divisions, ensuring that our technical expertise is combined with a strong focus on quality communications and a consistent and proactive approach to delivery.

Following an accountancy training, and with over 25 years loss adjusting experience, Brian has held senior management positions with two of the largest global loss adjusting companies. His technical background covers complex and large commercial property and business interruption losses, but he also has wide experience of managing corporate accounts and client relationships.

A founding Director of QuestGates Ltd, Brian maintains technical input into his specialist areas but has executive responsibility for the company's Central Services, ensuring that our technical expertise is supported by high quality and innovative IT, financial and administration functions.

Alistair has 25 years insurance claims experience, with over 20 of these having been spent in the loss adjusting sector. He held a number of senior operational management roles with a competitor, latterly in the areas of product development and client relationship, before joining QuestGates 2006.

Alistair has responsibility for all aspects of business development, from securing new business to ensuring we manage existing client accounts effectively.

He heads up our tender response team, has responsibility for valuation service and new service development along with managing relationship with some of our largest clients.

Alistair takes a leading role in our relationship with the Princes Trust Insurance Leadership Group.

Peter is a non executive director of QuestGates whose experice both as a Chartered Accountant and senior manager enables him to provide strategic support to the companies management team

Peter was Finance Director of McLarens Toplis and subsequently Chief Executive of McLarens International Group.

Peter qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and then held various senior positions within the service sector. Over the years he has gained a wealth of experience with specialist knowledge in acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs. He joined QuestGates in 2008 and was appointed finance director in 2010.
