Meet the QuestGates Central Team

Business Development (Alphabetical order)
Sabyah Rahman
Having gained a wealth of knowledge and experience as a business development coordinator within the professional services sector, Sabyah joined QuestGates business development team in August 2010.

In addition to managing the client tender process and day-to-day administration of our valuation service, Sabyah provides specific support to our Business Development and through the provision of management information, client presentations and maintenance of QuestGates’ supplier network. Sabyah has also taken on the role of co-ordinating employee involvement and organising fundraising initiatives, both in-house and externally.
Alistair Steward
FCII, FCILA, FUEDI-ELAE
Alistair has responsibility for all aspects of business development, from securing new business to ensuring we manage existing client accounts effectively.

He heads up our tender response team, has responsibility for valuation service and new service development along with managing relationship with some of our largest clients.

Alistair takes a leading role in our relationship with the Princes Trust Insurance Leadership Group.
Matt Wade
Matt joined QuestGates in 2010 and has over 20 years customer service experience working within the Insurance Industry. He began his career with NWIS, Commercial Union, Independent Insurance then Capita. Over the past 5 years he has held several senior management positions within the claims management and liability adjusting sector. Matt specialises in account management and business development and has a strong client relationship background and with responsibility for key accounts within QuestGates.
Finance
Peter Thurston
BSc(Hons), ACA
Peter qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and then held various senior positions within the service sector. Over the years he has gained a wealth of experience with specialist knowledge in acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs. He joined QuestGates in 2008 and was appointed finance director in 2010. Peter heads up our Finance Team.
HR and Central Administration (Alphabetical order)
Caroline Hopkinson
Caroline is our Birmingham Head Office Administration Manager and also acts as PA to Chris Hall, Brian Polley and Alistair Steward. Caroline's previous experience includes secretarial and administration for solicitors.
Faye Langman
BA(Hons), CIPD
As QuestGates' HR Advisor, Faye has over eight years Human Resources experience in both the public and private sector.

Faye is a Chartered member of the CIPD, holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, and is responsible for co-ordinating all HR, health and safety and environmental management activities.
IT
Andrew George
Andrew is our Head of I.T.and has over 20 years experience in software development in both manufacturing and service industries. He heads our in-house team, who look after the maintenance and development of our claims management system, QG.net, to ensure that our systems support our technical expertise with leading edge delivery.
