Stuart McLean
ACII
Stuart started his insurance career with Iron Trades in 1981, joining Macalisters in 1998 and subsequently QuestGates in 2002.He has dealt with Professional indemnity cases since 1990 and has dealt with claims involving mainly Architects, Surveyors, Accountants, Engineers and Insurance brokers.

Christopher Rooke
FCILA FUEDI-ELAE
Christopher started his career with John Rosen and Co, solicitors in 1978 before entering loss adjusting with Cunningham Hart in Croydon.He has specialised in Professional Indemnity claims since 1994, (and has written extensively on the subject, his most recent contribution being to the textbook on Professional Indemnity Insurance), firstly with Bowmans/Miller Knight and since 1999 with Davies, where he was joint managing director of the liability division. He has been the nominated adjuster for the Council of Licensed Conveyancers for the last 15 years, this account transferring to QuestGates when Christopher and his team, which includes claims handlers, joined in 2009.

Rubert Frost

A longstanding and experienced adjusting practitioner, Rupert is a member of the company's complex and major loss operations. He has dealt with professional indemnity claims with a construction bias, mainly architects, engineers and surveyors, and also insurance brokers.

Martyn Gabbitass
ACII, ACILA
With over 25 years experience in the industry, Martyn is a very experienced practitioner, with particular experience in the handling of complex claims, including PL, EL, Professional Indemnity, Fidelity Guarantee and Products Liability/Recall/Guarantee. He is currently chairman of the Liability special interest group of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.

Mark Gately
Mark is the Managing Associate Partner of The Quest Partnership and has extensive experience in all aspects of liability investigation/handling including wide Professional Indemnity experience both from a company and adjusting perspective including many years at the former Solicitors Indemnity Fund.

David Larmour
FCII, CIP
Providing QuestGates clients with a seamless branded resource, David became the company's representative in Ireland in January 2006. He started his insurance career in Belfast in 1974, entering loss adjusting in 1993. Most recently he was a partner with Teceris corporate and complex adjusting, where he had operational responsibility for Northern, Scottish and Ireland Liability business.

Mark Purvis

With a career extending over 20 years and focused on liability claims, Mark has wide experience of professional indemnity claims, principally architects and engineering disciplines. He is a member of the company's complex and major loss operations.
