Clive Bishop
MRICS
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 15 years post qualification experience, Clive initially worked as a Contractor QS on large civil engineering projects. Following experience as a professional QS for private firms and as Contracts Manager for a system building organisation, Clive entered loss adjusting in 1990 and has gained extensive subsidence, contractors all risks and commercial loss experience, utilising a range of procurement and construction methodology. Clive also has extensive major loss experience, being involved in many large and complex losses, covering industrial, leisure, residential and listed buildings. Clive is QuestGates' Senior UK Surveyor.

Clare English
With an insurance company background, Clare has 10 years loss adjusting experience, specialising primarily in first and third party property losses. Clare is a senior property case manager within our claims reception centre, responsible for client liaison and technical reporting.

Phil Harrison
BA(JT.Hons), ACII
Phil began his career with Legal & General before gaining 12 years wide-ranging experience as commercial and personal lines loss adjuster with Miller Fisher. He joined QuestGates in 2003 from McLarens/Capita, where he was Zurich Commercial Team manager. Phil has responsibility for service delivery within our claims reception centre.

Ross Macpherson
ACII, FCILA
Originally from an insurance company background, Ross has over 20 years adjusting experience in the technical personal lines and commercial areas and wide experience of client relationship management. A main board director, Ross is also Technical Director for the Property Division, responsible for technical compliance and development. He developed our bespoke service proposition for Third Party Property Damage claims, which integrates expertise from our property, motor, liability and QGV divisions.

Tony Ryan
With over 20 years experience of the insurance industry, including brokers, insurers and loss adjusters, Tony joined QuestGates in 2003 from McLarens Toplis/Capita, where he had been account manager. Initially responsible for managing and developing new accounts, as Quality Assurance Manager within our claims reception centre he now oversees the technical accuracy of reporting procedures, while also continuing to manage some insurer clients.

Gary Woodhall
Having joined the insurance industry in 1989 working with a major insurer, Gary entered the investigative arena in 1993. With a career focused on motor claims, including Motor Insurance Investigator and Claims Inspector, he joined QuestGates in a technical management and business development role, having held a similar position at Brownsword Ltd.
