Qualification success for QuestGates team members

May 2018: Since incorporation in 2003, QuestGates has established a reputation as the leading specialist loss adjusting company. Our success is largely due to the quality of our recruitment, our focus on staff retention and – in more recent years – our investment in training and development to retain our people and help them work towards achieving their career goals.

We’re therefore proud to recognise the significant number of QuestGates people who have achieved qualification success with the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) over the past few months.

QuestGates Director, Colin Ganson, explains: “The quality of our people – their experience, knowledge and customer focused attitude – has long been the not-so secret behind our success. Our engagement with Investors in Customers helped us to recognise the importance of demonstrating our commitment to quality and professionalism through encouraging our people to undertake formal qualifications with the likes of CILA.

“We have, as a result, made significant investment in our learning and development programme and are committed to supporting our people as they work to develop their professional skills. We are delighted to see so many of them recognised by CILA in its latest edition of Claims Focus, lauding their qualification success. They have all worked exceptionally hard and are a credit not just to QuestGates, but to our profession as a whole.”

QuestGates has another seven members of staff currently undertaking their advance Diploma and it is hoped that they will all qualify this year.
