In 2010 we launched a fast-track motor investigation service, which ensures compliance with the strict timescales set within the reforms introduced by the Ministry of Justice. Features of the fast-track service include:·

  • Real time claims notification and access to claims data via web portal
  • SMS message notification for appointments and reminder of meeting times
  • Premium service, delivering witness statements and locus inspections within 48 hours on urgent cases
  • Telephone based discussions to replace face-to-face meetings where appropriate and in accordance with our client’s preference· Enhance reporting formats

QuestGates also offers a specialist Motor Theft & Counter Fraud service. The Association of British Insurers has estimated that the total amount of fraud suffered by insurers on general personal lines business alone is over £1b per year, by far the largest elements of which are personal lines, motor and household.
