QuestGates' Private Clients service offers an unrivalled claims, valuation and appraisal service to insurers and brokers operating in the mid and high net worth, estates and VIP/professional affinity sectors.

Our network of specialists operates throughout the UK and, in addition to claims handling services, has expertise in:

  • Building reinstatement valuations
  • Contents, antiques, fine art and specie value at risk surveys
  • Risk appraisals
  • Policy wording advice

We do not operate in the high volume, claims processing market. Our designated Private Clients adjusters and valuers, all of whom are professionally qualified, have years of experience in this specialist field and are particularly sensitive to both the requirements of the insured and the unique nature of policy cover that often applies.

Our Private Clients adjusters manage claims from inception to settlement, providing a flexible and personal service throughout: internal resources and leading edge IT maximise the response we are able to provide in urgent situations. In order to assist our clients we have established a Private Clients claims reception point to ensure that claims are allocated to the appropriately skilled adjuster. Customer expectation levels are set and managed from the outset, with bespoke management information being provided on request.

Where it is necessary for the adjuster to introduce specialist technical support, we call upon a carefully selected team of industry recognised experts who provide assistance in areas including:

  • Valuation of unusual or unique subject matter
  • Complex restoration programmes
  • Expert witness
  • Risk management
  • Historic and Listed buildings

QuestGates' dedicated Counter Fraud division has established a strong reputation for identifying and proving fraud and is able to provide both stand alone and integrated solutions.

Our adjusters are available out of office hours via our 24 hour emergency helpline, which we are able to brand to a client's individual specification. In addition real time claims access is available via the B2B portal of our IT platform.
