17 January 2024:

QuestGates group today announces that it has strengthened its position in the UK motor claims sector with the acquisition of Claims Management & Adjusting Ltd (CMA). The acquisition is the company’s first of 2024 and has been completed without the need for external funding and complements the groups previous acquisitions of specialist motor-focused adjusters C&S, TSS and All UK.

Established almost 30 years ago, Kent-based CMA has built an enviable reputation in the UK motor claims sector dealing with all types of specialist vehicle claims including high-value RTC related fraud investigations.

Chris Hall, Managing Director of QuestGates said, “We are pleased to welcome the entire Claims Management & Adjusting team including Managing Director, Philip Swift to the QuestGates family. They bring a wealth of experience from the more challenging end of the motor claims sector and the addition of their expertise fits perfectly with our strategy and further boosts our existing specialist motor claims offering. Whilst we have built a strong motor investigation capability the acquisitions have added TPPD, highways, fraud, theft and injury claims handling expertise and the addition of CMA will further enhance the depth and range of services that we can provide.”

Philip Swift, Managing Director of Claims Management & Adjusting said, “We’re delighted to be joining forces with QuestGates at such an exciting time. After almost 30 years it is the right time to be part of a larger independent group, providing the team with great opportunities, and allowing us to offer a broader range of services to clients whilst continuing to provide the same quality service.”
