QuestGates is pleased to announce a number of promotions across various divisions as part of our continued growth strategy. These appointments highlight our commitment to fostering talent and promoting from within.
As part of a restructure of our property division we are pleased to announce the well-deserved promotions of Grant Jones and Mark Kenyon to Area Manager North and South respectively. Laura Benedetto and Chris Knowles have been appointed as National Adjusting and National Technical Manager respectively, both newly created roles aimed at supporting the Area Managers and teams.
Within our First Notification of Loss team, Dan Levi has been promoted to senior FNOL Manager whilst Caroline Tait has progressed to Senior Case Manager. Andrea Kennedy has been promoted to Surveying Technician in our surveying services division along with Rhian Vickers and Liam Linsday to Manager and Loss Adjuster within our Vector division.
Dan Welsford and Marie Dugdale, who both joined QuestGates as a result of acquisitions take up new positions. Dan is now Operations Manager (Liability) whilst Marie is Operations Manager for third party property damage, storage and transit claims.
Aaron Pollin, who has been with QuestGates since 2017, has been promoted to Property Team Manager, Northern Ireland whilst Sarah-Jane Saunders has been promoted to Loss Adjuster within the Northern Ireland team.
