These appointments underline QuestGates’ commitment to further strengthening client relationships and delivering technical excellence in major and complex claims management across the UK.
Colum Tudball has joined as National Technical Director. Colum brings more than four decades of experience in technical leadership and operational management within the loss adjusting sector, alongside a special interest to mentoring and developing the next generation of professionals. In this newly created role, Colum will collaborate across QuestGates’ commercial loss adjusting teams to refine and enhance technical processes, serve as a senior referral point for complex claims, and provide expert guidance to optimise outcomes.
His appointment is part of a broader reinforcement of the major and complex loss division, which has recently welcomed several highly experienced, industry recognised major and complex loss adjusters, including Niall Smith as Major Loss Director North, Russell Hulme, Major Loss Director in the South West, alongside a significant boost in accountancy expertise with Richard Keegan joining in the new role of Forensic Accounting Services Director.
