Our TPPD Hub boasts a unique mix of experienced Claims Managers who are responsible for the proactive management of all TPPD claims and are supported by in-house Buildings Surveyors, Civil Engineers and Loss Adjusters, including Motor and Public Liability experts.

Driven by our claims management system, QUBE which incorporates the latest site investigation technology, QuestGates dedicated TPPD team also has access to a national network of known and trusted Surveyors, Engineers and Contractors, whose skills are employed as appropriate to reach the most efficient and economic conclusion to a claim.  We believe this solution offers significant reduction to a claim life cycle and claim spend.

Utilising our extensive cross discipline expertise, we are able to provide a complete one stop service, whether the claim is a straightforward boundary wall impact where liability is not in dispute, or the most complex property damage/business interruption claim, where specialist liability, engineering, surveying, accountancy and /or environmental input is required.
