Driven by our claims management system, QUBE which incorporates the latest site investigation technology, QuestGates dedicated TPPD team also has access to a national network of known and trusted Surveyors, Engineers and Contractors, whose skills are employed as appropriate to reach the most efficient and economic conclusion to a claim.  We believe this solution offers significant reduction to a claim life cycle and claim spend.

Utilising our extensive cross discipline expertise, we are able to provide a complete one stop service, whether the claim is a straightforward boundary wall impact where liability is not in dispute, or the most complex property damage/business interruption claim, where specialist liability, engineering, surveying, accountancy and /or environmental input is required.

QuestGates dedicated TPPD service has been developed to provide a bespoke and managed solution for all types of claim involving damage to third party property, that combines consistency in terms of FNOL, report layout, and service level compliance, with the flexibility to deliver a bespoke solution to meet individual customer needs.

Our focus is on the prompt investigation and settlement of low value Claims, in a proactive and cost effective manner, minimising elapsed settlement times, whilst making sure costs are properly controlled so that we deliver maximum savings for our clients.  Equally, our process is designed to make sure more complex losses are handled by the most appropriate resource.

Our The TPPD service is designed to add value in the following core areas:

  • Vehicle impact damage – desktop and field investigation

  • Motor & PL – quantum validation / advice

  • Repair scoping and settlement negotiation

  • Specialist repair management

  • Multi disciplined and managed solutions

  • Major Loss material damage and business interruption

Our experience in this area of adjusting is extensive.  Using our skills and pricing validation tools as a foundation, we adopt a pragmatic approach to the settlement of these claims, which is geared toward maximising savings for our clients, whilst also respecting that there is often a commercial relationship and /or reputation to be maintained.

To complement this and to ensure that TCF and customer choice principles are upheld, particularly in the case of a vulnerable claimant, we are able to offer an Altius approved preferred contractor network repair, if required.

We offer an innovative range of pricing options that can incorporate an element of risk and reward, dependent upon the type of claim and the level of savings we achieve.  This provides a cost effective solution for our clients, whatever the complexity or value of claim.

We believe that our TPPD service is unique in a market that, traditionally, is not considered to require a specialist or standalone product, but which consistently has difficulty in finding a suitable, flexible and cost effective solution for the handling of such losses.
