Last month QuestGates was honoured to receive the prestigious NFU Mutual Supply Chain Award 2026 for ‘Claims Initiative of the Year’ at a special awards event held at its Stratford-upon-Avon office. The award recognises QuestGates’ structured training and development pathway for new adjusters. The initiative is helping to build confidence, capability, and consistency across claims handling. This focus on developing skilled professionals ultimately benefits customers—ensuring they are supported by knowledgeable, well-prepared adjusters who understand both the technical and human side of a claim.

In addition we are delighted that Chris Coulter was awarded the ‘Individual Achievement Award’ for his outstanding contribution during Storm Eowyn in Northern Ireland, where he delivered exceptional service at a time when customers needed reassurance and clarity. Relatively new to his role in QuestGates, Chris quickly demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and a strong customer focus. He received excellent feedback from both local NFU Mutual agencies and members, reflecting the difference an individual can make when they take ownership and prioritise customer experience.

Paul Branch, Head of Claims at NFU Mutual said, “Our supplier partners are an essential part of how we deliver for customers. Whether through innovation, individual dedication, or exceptional service, this year’s winners show how strong partnerships help us build trust and deliver consistently positive outcomes for our members. These stories highlight that great service isn’t just about resolving a claim—it’s about how we make customers feel throughout the process: listened to, reassured and supported every step of the way. Congratulations to all the 2026 winners and thank you to all our supplier partners who continue to go above and beyond to support our customers with professionalism, compassion, and care.”

Greg Laker, Chief Executive Officer of QuestGates said, “Our relationship with NFU Mutual continues to go from strength to strength and we are delighted to receive this recognition. To be presented with not one but two awards is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our people. A special congratulations to Chris and thank you to NFU Mutual and everyone involved.”
